Do you sell bikes and gear online?
Nope! We're a small, in-person shop. If you want to order a bike, part, or accessory, you’ll need to come by the shop. We’re happy to walk you through it face-to-face.
Can I call or email for a repair estimate?
We don't give repair estimates over the phone, email, or internet. Every bike is different, and we need to see it in person to give you a proper assessment.
Do I need an appointment for repairs?
Yes, most repairs now require an appointment. This helps us provide quicker turnaround and better service. Small fixes might be handled on the spot if time allows—but no promises.
How long will my repair take?
Most jobs are completed within 1-3 Business days depending on workload and parts availability. When in doubt, earlier drop-offs = happier rides
Do you stock [insert brand here]?
Inventory changes fast, so we don’t post availability online. Stop by and we’ll show you what’s on the floor and what we can order
Do you offer bike fittings or custom builds?
We’re all about dialing in your ride. Stop in to chat about custom builds, fit advice, or upgrades—we’re always down to talk shop.

Grizzly Cycles is a husband-and-wife team. We're hands-on, community-focused, and we do it all ourselves—wrenches in hand and tunes playing.
