Looking to get your bike serviced at Grizzly Cycles? We're a small husband-and-wife team dedicated to providing personalized, quality care for your bike in a timely manner. To streamline our workflow, we've moved to an appointment-based system. Simply book a service appointment through the link below, bring in your bike, and we'll provide a full assessment. If parts need to be special ordered, a deposit will be required. Turnaround time is typically 2-4 days from drop-off, though it may take longer if parts are involved.

Interested in a custom bike build? You're in the right place! We start with a $100 non-refundable consultation deposit, which allows us to explore your vision—considering intended use, parts preferences, and color choices. Once we've nailed down your dream bike, we'll request a deposit for the parts needed and begin ordering. Custom builds can take several weeks depending on supplier availability. Our labor rates range from $350-$450, excluding additional services like wheel builds.
